Welcome to the Helensburgh Community Council (HCC) website. We hope you like it and find it useful. The HCC is the only elected body which represents Helensburgh. We are one of Scotland’s most active Community Councils.We are here to represent your views - to Argyll & Bute Council and other organisations - on the issues of the day.

The website tells you who we are, how to get in touch with us and what we are doing. More important : you can use it to let us know what you want your Community Council to do for you.

The Planning Sub Group of the Helensburgh Community Council offers independent advice on the planning process and on writing letters of support or objection.

The Group also writes letters of support or objection to the Argyll & Bute Council when asked to do so by a member of the Helensburgh community or when a planning issue falls outside the Vision for Helensburgh
